“we’re all navigating something, and it’s through that shared navigation that we find real connection, growth, and healing.”

Your experience, held

Maybe your mind speeds at night. Maybe you wake early and can’t rest again. You might carry stress, sensory overwhelm, trauma, or the constant hum of being different. You’ve tried advice, tools, routines – but nothing fits quite right. You’re not alone in that.

I’m here to help you make sense of what’s happening underneath – not only the symptoms, but the patterns, the stories, the body, and the parts of you that feel unheard.

What people often find through working with me

  • A deeper understanding of why rest eludes you – beyond surface symptoms

  • Strategies that actually fit you – not generic or “one-size-fits-all”

  • Gentler acceptance of your inner paradoxes, messiness, and depth

  • Growth in emotional regulation, relational awareness, self-compassion, voice

  • A more integrated relationship with rest, your body, your thoughts, and your life

Chance Or Change
What began as a pivot has turned into a fulfilling, ongoing transformation.
Various Psychotherapeutic Approaches

My journey & what I bring

Before therapy, I was an art director in advertising – a world of deadlines, pressure, and not enough rest. That first life made me intimately familiar with stress, burnout, and the toll of not being seen. Over the years, I retrained in psychotherapy and sleep science, and undertook embodied work such as massage, breathwork, yoga nidra, and chronic pain management.

My journey into psychotherapy was shaped by a series of unexpected changes and opportunities. After earning my first degree in design and art direction, I spent two decades in the design and marketing world. But chance led me down a different path. Motivated by a desire to blend mind and body approaches, I began by retraining as a massage therapist and developing a corporate stress awareness programme. This shift inspired me to pursue an MA in Core Process Psychotherapy, followed by studies in Sleep Medicine and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the University of Oxford. Along the way, I wrote my first book, The Science of Sleep. My second, How To Be Awake So You Can Sleep Through the Night, was published in February 2025, and my third book – currently under wraps – is due for publication in April 2026.

I’m also neurodivergent – living with ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia and hypermobile Ehlers–Danlos Syndrome. I live the dissonance between what the world expects and what my body and mind require. That lived experience enriches my empathy, not just my understanding.

Trust the process

Therapy isn’t about perfection; it’s about honesty and understanding. Many of my clients recognise the pressure to keep everything together while quietly feeling overwhelmed. My role is to create a space where you can put that burden down, explore what’s happening, and begin to feel more at ease – in yourself, in your relationships, and in the way you sleep.

Beyond the therapy room, I teach, write, and collaborate with other wellbeing practitioners to make conversations about sleep and neurodiversity more nuanced, evidence-based, and emotionally aware.

Trust The Process
Accredited Psychotherapist

Change is rarely something we can, or should, undertake alone. Letting go of a way of being, even one that no longer serves you, can feel like a profound loss, a kind of death.

It’s here, in this vulnerable space, that the therapeutic relationship becomes crucial. Together, we can confront what must be surrendered and face the uncertainty of what comes next.

In the presence of another, destruction becomes more bearable, and out of it, new possibilities for growth can emerge.
