What next?

What do you want to get out of therapy? You may be looking to improve your sleep, but you might also want to explore other issues that are troubling you. You don’t need to be ‘in crisis’ to come to therapy; you may want to understand yourself better or find ways to improve your relationship with others.

Psychotherapy

As a psychotherapist, I offer long-term, relational support rooted in a trauma-informed approach. Together, we build a trusting partnership where we can gently explore the patterns, experiences, and emotional landscapes that shape your life. I integrate both body- and mind-based techniques to help you process the past, navigate present challenges, and deepen your connection with your inner world.

Sleep Clinic

Psychotherapeutic sleep coaching

While CBT‑i can be helpful, I’ve seen how it often doesn’t fit everyone – especially those living with other conditions or from diverse backgrounds. That’s why I work in a trauma-informed way, using a flexible method based on the Sleep Health Framework. It draws on tools from the TranS‑C model and allows us to tailor support to your unique needs, habits, and history.

Body Focused

Body Focused

I integrate mindfulness, breathwork, Yoga Nidra, and somatic practices into my therapeutic work, offering clients practical ways to reconnect with their bodies and access deeper states of rest and regulation. This mind-body approach supports emotional processing, strengthens self-awareness, and fosters a greater sense of balance, safety, and wellbeing.

Before we begin, I’ll request that you complete a comprehensive health questionnaire. This is to discern any underlying clinical sleep concerns that might necessitate medical intervention. As sleep disturbances can arise from various sources, if we can clarify their origins it helps but its is not always straightforward. Subsequently, in our first session, we will strategise and chart out the path forward.

Frequently asked questions

I offer sessions online (via Zoom). I provide psychotherapeutic sleep coaching, weekly psychotherapy, and top-up/drop-in sessions as needed. I do charge for our initial meeting – it’s a chance for us to get acquainted and determine how we will collaborate. During this meeting, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, the benefits of the sleep programme, and the flexibility of top-up/drop-in sessions. After this session, I will provide you with a personalised, comprehensive sleep plan outlining how we will work together.

All sessions are confidential. I have regular supervision conducted under strict confidentiality, and I abide by the UKCP Code of Ethics and Professional Practice..

No, I no longer accept insurance. This updated policy enables me to focus exclusively on providing personalised, in-depth care without the administrative constraints of insurance billing.

  • Psychotherapy sessions are £150 for a 60-minute session, offered on a weekly, ongoing basis.

  • Psychotherapeutic sleep coaching begins with a two-hour in-depth consultation priced at £450. This session includes a personalised plan tailored to your needs. Follow-up sessions are £120 per hour and scheduled as required.

All sessions are held online and are self-funded. A limited number of reduced-fee spaces may be available – please feel free to ask.

I offer two types of support, depending on what you need.

For ongoing psychotherapy, we meet weekly for one-hour sessions. This long-term, relational work allows us to explore underlying patterns, build trust, and support lasting change.

For psychotherapeutic sleep coaching, we begin with a two-hour in-depth consultation. This first session helps us understand your unique sleep challenges and co-create a personalised plan. Follow-up sessions are one hour and scheduled as needed – some clients prefer weekly support at first, while others space sessions out over time.

Past clients are always welcome to return for top-up sessions or further support whenever needed.

Yes, fees vary depending on the location of our sessions and the type of therapy. I reserve a limited number of spots each year for students and individuals on low incomes at a reduced rate. Currently, these spots are filled.

Absolutely. I work with clients on several online platforms. While my services are available to most overseas clients online, there are some country-specific exclusions (notably the US). I encourage you to get in touch regardless. In-person sessions are available at Wimpole Street in London and in Deddington, Oxfordshire.

I require a notice of cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours (1 working day) prior to the scheduled session time. If sufficient notice is not provided, the session will be billed as it is reserved exclusively for you. Standard practice is to remain online for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time; if there is no response within this timeframe, the session will be recorded as a “Did Not Attend,” and charges will apply.

Due to operational constraints—such as maintaining a quiet, distraction-free environment—phone calls are not a viable means of communication, as my phone remains switched off. However, I can receive text messages on my laptop, ensuring I remain reachable via both email and text during working hours.

My work as a psychotherapist is a culmination of everything I’ve learned and experienced over the past 10+ years of study, personal therapy, exploration and helping hundreds of clients to do the same.
