I am the author of The Science of Sleep (DK 2021), which has been translated into multiple languages.
The Science of Sleep is based on my daily questions and is structured to help you understand and transform your sleep habits, one night at a time.
Humans are biologically programmed to sleep. By interrogating all the sociological, physiological, neurological, and psychological factors that might impede this innate instinct, we can work out the changes we can make in our lifestyles to allow ourselves to sleep naturally again.
I am working on my second book, which will be published in February/March 2025.
